Creative placemaking involves local artists and makers of all kinds to turn public spaces into places where people want to be. Using existing assets, resources, history, and the gifts, talents, and knowledge of local residents helps keep the creative placemaking process authentic to your community. Our experience and training come from the Main Street program. Kelly was the Executive Director of Main Street Enid, 2012-2019, and Ty was a volunteer for nearly every project and event. With the help of Main Street Enid staff, board members, partners and volunteers, we promoted and coordinated many different events and projects in downtown Enid, Oklahoma, adding excitement and bringing thousands of people to the historic district each year to support local businesses.

- Doubled their partnership income
- Multiplied First Friday attendance by 10 times
- Co-hosted 2 statewide conferences
- Planned over 100 events
- Coordinated many networking gatherings, scavenger hunts, walking tours and trolley tours
- Set up a Safer Street Simulation, a Better Block style road diet, with OU Institute for Quality Communities, TSET Healthy Living Program and Rural Health Projects
- Started a downtown mural program

We helped Main Street Enid win several statewide awards, including:
Enid Young Professionals gave Main Street Enid the Cultural Collaborator Award for promoting Enid's arts and culture to young professionals through innovation, economic impact and social awareness.
Leonardo's Children's Museum gave Main Street Enid and Kelly Tompkins the 2018 Leonardo's Legacy Award.
