Piano Mondrian Mini Mural
The Breezeway Pocket Park was a Placemaking Partnership between Main Street Enid and the Northwest Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®. Six mini murals, 8' x 4', were part of the project, including this favorite we call Piano Mondrian. Since live music is often played in the Breezeway, we designed this piano in the style of Piet Mondrian.
After designing in Photoshop and drawing on the foam panel, intended to be temporary, local REALTORS® stopped by during breaks and painted the sections. Then we painted the black lines and the City of Enid installed the piece. The REALTORS® enjoyed painting the mini murals so much, it inspired the community-painted Bright Future mural!
